How BrickPad works

Brick by brick: lay the first brick, stack it up on the curve, graduate to Meteora.

BrickPad is a token launchpad where every token is built brick by brick. A launch lays the first brick: its own bonding curve pool. Every buy stacks the build higher, and when the curve is full the token graduates to a Meteora pool. Underneath, it is Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve (DBC) program on Solana.

The build on a token's blueprint: ten bricks, then the GRAD flag. Each brick is a tenth of the way to graduation.

One build, four steps

  1. Lay the first brick: launch

The creator names the token and picks a launch config. BrickPad mints 1,000,000,000 tokens and opens a DBC pool for them. There is no seed liquidity: the curve itself sells the tokens.
  2. Stack it up: trade on the curve

Anyone can buy or sell straight away. Every buy moves the price up the curve and every sell moves it down; there is no order book and no one sets the price by hand.
  3. Complete the build: graduate to Meteora

When 88.58 SOL has been raised (on BrickPad Standard), the pool moves by itself to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool, and its liquidity is locked there for good.
  4. Snipers get blocked

The trading fee starts at 99% and steps down every second to 2% after 30 seconds, so bots gain nothing by buying in the first block.

Who earns what

Every trade pays a fee in SOL. Meteora keeps 20% of it as its protocol share; the token creator and BrickPad split the rest 50/50.

Trading fee split

50 : 50

  • Meteora 20%
  • Creator 40%
  • Platform 40%

Meteora takes 20% first; creator and platform split the rest 50/50.

Words you will see

Bonding curve
The price formula of a launch: the more SOL in the pool, the higher the price of the next token.
DBC pool
The token's pool on Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve program, where it trades until graduation.
Bonding progress
How much of the graduation target has been raised, in percent. The brick builds on cards and blueprints show it.
Graduation
The automatic move from the DBC pool to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool once the curve is full.
DAMM v2
Meteora's dynamic AMM, where graduated tokens keep trading. BrickPad pools graduate with a 1% pool fee.
Launch config
The on-chain template a pool is created from: fee schedule, curve and graduation rules.
CA
Contract address: the token's mint address. It is the one sure way to tell a token from a copy.
Dev buy
The creator's optional first buy, inside the launch transaction.
Market cap
Price × total supply. Cards show it in US dollars; configs set it in SOL.
Blueprint
The token's summary card: price, market cap, holders, volume, creator share and its bonding build.
